Terms of Use
The agreement between you and rack. We have kept it short and readable on purpose.
Agreement
By downloading or using rack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. rack is provided by Khizar Alam ("we", "us").
What rack is
rack is a personal wardrobe and outfit-styling app. You photograph your clothing, and rack helps you organise it, build outfits, plan ahead, and see how you actually wear what you own.
Your account
You need an account to sync your wardrobe. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 13 years old to use rack.
Your content
The photos and wardrobe information you add remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, sync it to your devices, and process it to produce the features you ask for — such as removing a background or generating an outfit suggestion. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for only adding images you have the right to use.
Subscriptions
rack offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock an unlimited wardrobe, AI styling, weekly planning, wardrobe insights and alternate app icons.
- Plans are offered on a weekly or monthly basis. Current prices are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancelling stops future charges. The current period runs to its end.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion under the Apple Media Services Terms; we cannot issue them directly, but tell us if something went wrong and we will help where we can.
Fair use
Please do not: break the law with rack, upload content you have no right to, attempt to break into or overload our servers, reverse-engineer the app, resell access to it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Suggestions are suggestions
Outfit recommendations, weather-based fits, try-on previews and wardrobe statistics are provided for convenience and inspiration. They are generated automatically and may be wrong. Use your own judgement — especially before trusting us about the rain.
Availability
We aim to keep rack running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your wardrobe.
Disclaimer and liability
rack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to rack is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. rack is a wardrobe tool, not a backup service.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using rack at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for rack or for supporting it, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will note it in the app. Continuing to use rack after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
We have not tried to impose one country’s law on you. The consumer protections you have under the law where you live apply in full, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
